"Power Purchase Agreements" Livestream

Panel discussion on potential challenges to becoming a corporate PPA provider for renewable energy

The need for corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) in the renewable energy sector has taken a marked upturn worldwide, particularly in the past few years as government subsidies in various countries have expired, and they are therefore playing an increasing role in financing structures. An ever-greater number of market participants from a range of sectors are currently establishing a presence on the energy market.

Corporate PPAs provide plant operators, electric utilities and customers alike with an attractive option for long-term, secure power procurement and distribution, but they also entail new risk profiles and challenges.

On 24 September 2020 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. the PPA Livestream “Panel discussion on potential challenges to becoming a corporate PPA provider for renewable energy” was held for the first time.
